I’m Jen, author, mum, and professional woo-woo-ist (that’s a valid job title). I am certified in several modalities but this site is about my favourite offerings – human design readings, reiki, handmade seaglass & crystal jewellery, and GrasshopperBeePrints, where I sell inspiring and uplifting designs printed onto various products. Jewellery
I collect seaglass from one of our local northeast England beaches, which is famous for having some of the best seaglass in the world! It’s gorgeous just to handle, but I like to use it to make all kinds of jewellery from simple pendants and studs to delicate ensembles with freshwater pearls and upcycled crystals. I infuse each piece with reiki energy before I send it out. You can see all the jewellery currently on offer at my Etsy store here. It’s called GrasshopperAndBee!

GrasshopperBeePrints is where I showcase all my inspiring prints – these are quotes and affirmations that you can print to hang in your home, school or office, or have with you daily on a phone case, mug, or water bottle, or even wear on a tee or a hoody! Human Design
Human Design is a little like supercharged astrology. It’s your blueprint for the way you were designed to be – lots of people who are new to this will find they have lots of ‘aha!’ moments throughout their readings, as they feel seen and understood in a deep way. As soon as I discovered it, I began to do readings for my friends and family, and was hooked by the accuracy! It’s fascinating stuff, and makes a great gift for people too. Reiki
I love to do energy in healing in person, but that’s not always possible. Fortunately, Reiki isn’t affected by distance! It doesn’t even need to be done as a video call – we simply arrange a convenient time, and you block that time out for yourself and make yourself comfortable. I also offer animal Reiki, which can be hugely beneficial if you have an anxious pet or an animal in need of some extra attention.
